What are the burn times for your different candle sizes?

Burn times can vary based on factors like altitude, airflow, and how well the candle is cared for. Our estimates are based on proper burning practices in ideal conditions:


3 oz. candles – approximately 15 hours


6 oz. candles – approximately 30 hours


8.5 oz. candles – approximately 45 hours


15.6 oz. candles – approximately 60 hours


To get the most out of your candle, we recommend trimming the wick before each use, burning long enough to create a full melt pool, and keeping the candle away from drafts.

When should I stop using my candle?

We recommend discontinuing use when about 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container. Burning past this point can cause the jar to overheat or break.


Once your candle is finished, it’s the perfect time to repurpose the container. To clean it out safely, place the jar in the freezer for a few hours—this will make the remaining wax easy to pop out. Wash with warm, soapy water, and it's ready to be reused for storage, decor, dice, or anything else creative you have in mind.


Does my glass candle come with real dice?

No. All of the dice in our 15.6 oz glass candles are made entirely of 100% wax. They’re fully decorative and will melt along with the rest of the candle during use.


None of our other candles—regardless of size or style—contain wax dice or real dice. The wax dice are exclusive to our 15.6 oz glass jar candles.

Are the candles safe for my pet?

In general, our candles are considered pet-friendly for most animals. However, domesticated birds can be especially sensitive to fragrances, so we recommend avoiding use around them.


As with any open flame, always keep candles out of reach of pets and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do your candles contain phthalates?

No. We do not use phthalates, additives, or any other harmful chemicals in our manufacturing process.


If you or anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities to certain scents, we recommend trying one of our Pick 6 boxes first. It’s a great way to sample a variety of scents and find what works best for you.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a soy blend wax. It provides a clean, even burn and allows for excellent scent throw, helping the fragrance fill a space without being overpowering.

Do your candles fill a room?

Yes! Our candles are designed to comfortably scent the immediate area. In larger rooms or spaces with high ceilings, it may take up to an hour of burning to fully spread the fragrance.


Keep in mind that open windows or drafts can either help carry the scent or limit how well it lingers.

oRDER & SHIPPING FAQ'S

How long are wait times for online orders?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that shipping times provided at checkout are estimates from the carrier. For the most accurate delivery updates, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information once your order ships.


I put in the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at tabletopcandlecompany@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address before it goes out.


If a delivery has already been attempted or the package is returned to us, we’ll send you an invoice for the cost of reshipping to the correct address.

My candle arrived broken. What should I do?

Do not burn a broken candle. Even small cracks in the glass can lead to hazardous situations if used. It is your responsibility to inspect your glass candle before lighting to ensure no damage occurred during transit.


If your candle arrives damaged, take a photo of the broken candle, return it to its original packaging and dispose of it safely. Then, send the photo of the damage to tabletopcandlecompany@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

No, we don’t have a physical storefront—but you can find our products in game stores across the U.S.! Check with your local shop or reach out to us if you're trying to track down a specific location.
